I'm Claire! I'm 25, Aquarius, working in advancement by day and baking by night. I struggled with eating disorders and disordered eating for the first half of my undergrad experience. Baking started as a problematic behavior and turned into a channel for recovery, and I fell in love with it along the way. With lifelong digestive issues exasperated by EDs, my doctor instructed me to cut out gluten permanently. I saw this as an opportunity to share my unique gluten-free creations with others, and I have felt called to do so ever since.
My hope is to spread the joy of creating food at home, and the peace of mind that allergies do not limit you from finding pleasure in eating. From decorated semi-homemade cakes, to healthful muffins, to decadent brownies, and lots in between, all of my recipes are 100% gluten-free, many of them with dairy-free options.
So explore the blog, find something that looks delicious, and head to the grocery store to get the ingredients! If you’re gluten-free, you probably already have a lot of them in your pantry!
