Yeah, I made these one singular time and filmed it for Youtube. They were exactly what I like in a brownie, so now I am immediately sharing the recipe!
These brownies are rich, dense, sweet, and soft. I am in love! Make them this weekend for Valentine's Day, or any time really. I made a whipped cream frosting with pink dye to add some festivity, but please know these brownies stand alone very well. Too much topping may even ruin them!
Chocolate Chip Brownie ingredients
1/2 stick (1/4c) butter melted
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted chocolate
1 cup gf flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Mix oil, butter, and sugar with a whisk. Add eggs and melted chocolate and mix again until combined. Add dry ingredients and once combined, add milk to thin slightly. Stir in chocolate chips, then transfer batter into a parchment lined metal baking pan. Bake at 350 F for about 30-35 minutes or until baked through fully. Let cool for 30 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!!!
