Gluten-free Oatmeal Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ever added walnuts to your oatmeal chocolate chip cookies? I'm calling them OWCC. They're simple. They're sweet. They're delicious. Just make them!
Gluten-free OWCC ingredients:
1 stick softened butter
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
splash vanilla extract
2 eggs room temperature
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 cup GF flour blend
1 cup GF oats (I used whole oats)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
Maldon salt to top
Preheat oven to 350F. Use an electric mixer to cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla and cream again. Sprinkle in baking soda, cinnamon, flour, an oats and mix until evenly combined. Stir in chips and nuts. Chill dough for 30 minutes before scooping.
Bake cookie dough on a lined baking sheet for 13 minutes or until edges are golden. Top with salt (particularly imperative to this recipe given the milk chocolate chips).
