Healthful Gluten-free Dairy-free Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

The title is long, but just think of these as the perfect cookie for the girlies. To all the non-girlies, you can have these, too. The reason I say they're for the girlies is because the ingredients in these cookies are perfect when you have hormone-related cravings and maybe don't want white sugar and white flour. TLDR; these cookies will make you feel as good as they taste!
Healthful gluten free chocolate chip cookie ingredients:
Yields 6 cookies, double for 12
3 heaping (maybe 4) tablespoons runny almond butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
1.25 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water = flax egg
approx 3-4 tbsp honey (however much you like)
2/3 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
dairy free dark chocolate chips (TJs has some)
Maldon salt to top
Mix the almond butter, coconut oil, honey, and flax egg together. Add baking soda and alond flour and mix until wet dough forms. Stir in chocolate chips and form into spheres. bake on a cookie sheet lined with parchment for 12 minutes. Add salt on top and cool before enjoying!
